Meet the Gardening Girls of Hillside
The women who run Hillside H&F enterprise are part of a larger, dynamic cohousing community in Hartland, VT.
At Cobb Hill, we live and work together to steward land and uphold ecological sustainable practices and values.
At our farmstand, you can find many of wonderful products grown from the land we collectively manage such as maple syrup, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, veggies, and more.

Helen is the genius behind Hillside’s cut flowers and floral bouquets. She has been growing and arranging flowers both professionally and personally for longer than anyone can remember. She doesn’t just have a green thumb, she has magic touch, adding beauty and order everywhere she goes. Her work ethic and her pickleball game are unmatched! We are so lucky to have her at Cobb Hill.

HERBALISTA EXTRAORDINAIRE
Audrey is an herbalist, forager, chaos gardener and kitchen alchemist. She likes discovering new uses for undesirable weeds and brewing up strange and yummy herbal concoctions. She puts her creative energy and magic into everything she makes and loves nothing more than to share her creations with her community.

FOREST FAIRY AND HORTICULTURAL MAESTRO in Training
Sally’s plant spirit family is the alliums. She likes spending time with Helen and Audrey so much that she decided to lend her elbow grease and sense of humor to the botanical business, to save Helen and Audrey from their own seriousness. She’s a beast with a trowel and a hoe, so watch out weeds.
